Literature Text
This is the lesson that follows me
the ring on which i will hang my keys:
remember how love settles inside
absorbs all that is familiar
how easily it enters the body
and how easily it leaves
sliding soundlessly away.
And when he goes
how little he finds to say
and solid his goodbyes;
how light his footsteps as he walks
and how vividly you recall his breathing
so perfect and gentle on your breast
as he closes the door behind him.
How sure he is
that ending is beginning
and how you must
with all your strength
believe him.

Trying to Clear My Mind
Invisible until,
a smile seen through a window.
A bright light ensnaring a moth.
Handsome, quiet mystery.
Many reasons to walk away,
but... a puzzle and I reluctantly,
obsessed. Trying to turn away,
but piqued by music, art, creativity!
Just let it go, let it go,
why can't I let it go. Filled with curiosity.
The best way out is through.
Must unravel the mystery.
Would he meet for coffee,
a phone call,
a text?

Onwards!
Rough and puff, ain't looking so tough,
Moving still with an occasional cough,
Everyone have a dream but few are true,
Coz' they fear to tumble down like the way I do!
Literature
Youth
A thousand burning candles
lighting up a temple.
With the quenching of the last flickering flame
the aegis falls,
and the sacred building crumbles.

Nice as always. I always think I'm reading something I shouldn't be reading. They are very personal, but fit into most of our lives.
